This one-day leadership symposium will empower working professionals with tools and insights to lead with authenticity. You will explore how understanding and leveraging your unique strengths, values, and passions can enhance your effectiveness as a leader. Through a combination of plenary and concurrent sessions, participants will combine self-discovery with new frameworks and strategies to be most effective as a leader.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify Core Strengths – Gain clarity on your personal strengths and learn how to harness them to inspire and guide others more effectively.
  • Develop Authentic Leadership Skills – Understand the principles of authentic leadership and explore how to lead with integrity, transparency, and empathy.
  • Create Impactful Relationships – Learn strategies for building trust and fostering meaningful relationships that promote team engagement, morale, and productivity.
